Accommodation
Kaze no Terrace Kukuna has different buildings, each with different types of rooms. Select your most suitable room with the perfect amenities for your travel style.
- Tenboukan: This building has stunning rooms with water terraces, and outdoor hot spring baths. The Superior Terrace Room measures a whooping 50㎡, includes a daybed, a water terrace with an open-air bath, a shower booth, and a toilet.
- Plaza Building: For the luxury resort feel you will want to stay in the Plaza Building because it houses the Executive Large Zashiki (Japanese-Western) Rooms, ranging from 50 to 55㎡, with a 10㎡ terrace, a TV-equipped Jacuzzi bath, and a toilet.
- Central Building: All rooms in this building have terraces and offer stunning views of Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji. The Superior Zashiki Room, at 35㎡, and the Deluxe Zashiki Room, at 40㎡, feature a shower booth, a toilet, and a terrace.
- The Kukuna Suite: This super suite room spans 100㎡ and includes a large living room, an 8-tatami mat Japanese room, a twin room, and a 20㎡ terrace. It also features a Jacuzzi bath with an open-air option and can be connected to a twin room to expand to 120㎡ for larger groups.
Dining
Kaze no Terrace Kukuna Hotel focuses on combining Japanese and Western culinary traditions, creating a delightful fusion for all the foodies. If you love getting up and close with the skilled chefs, you can take part in the teppanyaki style dinner. Alternatively, head to the buffet or enjoy a kaiseki style dinner. The restaurant has a great selection of wines, including Yamanashi Koshu and Californian varieties.

When staying at the Kaze no Terrace Kukuna Hotel you won’t want to miss the Grand Spa, a top-floor bath that seems to float in the sky. This is an infinity design that blends with views of the lake.
- Grand Spa (ONSEN SPA): Located on the top floor, this spa boasts an infinity design that harmonizes with the lake, providing panoramic views and a relaxing atmosphere.
- Star Hoku: A public bath and an open-air bath with magnificent views, as well as a standing bath and a steam sauna.
- Moon Mahina: This bath offers a panoramic public bath and an open-air bath floating in the sky, complete with a half-body bath and a dry sauna.
- Private Bath (Lani Lanai): Not comfortable with public baths, then you will want to reserve the private bath for you and your family. This is ideal for guests with tattoos who want to enjoy and appreciate an onsen without making other guests uncomfortable.
