Onsen & Wellness
The ryokan provides a natural hot spring experience with Mt. Fuji’s volcanic stone bath. The hot spring, named Nishikawa Hot Spring – Reiho no Yu, is a sodium-calcium sulfate spring (hypotonic alkaline hot spring). You are invited to soak in communal baths, with a Finnish-style dry sauna for men and a mist sauna for women. Alternatively, just enjoy your private onsen in your suite and relax with views of Mount Fuji.
The public hot spring is open from 3 p.m. to midnight and 6 a.m. to 11 a.m.
There is also a spa on site which has personalized, all-hand treatments focusing on the benefits of plants and traditional rituals from around the world.
Service hours for the spa are from 10:00 to 19:00, and advance reservations are highly recommended.
