Overview

The Lake Breeze Inn Asafuji is a charming Japanese-style ryokan located on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. The hotel offers stunning views of Mt. Fuji from all 13 guest rooms and the large public bath.

Accommodation

All 13 rooms at Asafuji are Japanese-style, featuring traditional tatami mats and futons. Choose between rooms with 10 or 8 tatami mats, with the smaller rooms offering private panoramic baths. Each room has a great view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi in front. It makes for a peaceful and beautiful stay.

Dining

Asafuji is famous for its great food. You can eat there in the dining room on the first floor. Both dinner and breakfast are set menus that highlight seasonal ingredients, expertly prepared by the head chef.

Dinner is a kaiseki meal with dishes such as sashimi, grilled fish, and a hot pot. The breakfast is a traditional Japanese set menu.

Hotel Asafuji has kids menus too.

Onsen & Wellness

The large public baths are located on the top floor and offer magnificent views of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi.

There is a women’s bath, Akamatsu no Yu, and the men’s bath, Evening Primrose Bath.
