Overview
Neverland Izu gives you a private whole-villa stay in Izu Kogen, in Ito, with natural hot spring bathing, a garden, pet-friendly space, BBQ facilities, indoor entertainment, and a seasonal pool. The villa is reserved for your group only, so you can spend the stay around your own schedule without sharing the house with anyone else.
This is a good choice when you want a relaxed private stay with family, friends, children, or pets. You can cook in the kitchen, enjoy BBQ under the covered gazebo, soak in the natural hot spring bath made with Izu stone, watch movies in the living room, let your dog play on the grass, and use the villa as a base for Omuroyama, Izu Granpal Park, Izu Shaboten Zoo, Sakura-no-Sato, and Lake Ippeki.
Accommodation
Neverland Izu has two Japanese-style bedrooms with five single beds in total. One bedroom has three beds, and the other has two beds. Extra futon bedding can be prepared when more people stay, making the villa flexible for families and small groups.
The living room includes a large TV with Netflix, YouTube, and Tver access, a five-person sofa, a dining table, air conditioning, dehumidifier, and Nintendo Switch dock. Bring your own Switch console if you want to play on the TV. A bedroom also has a projector, so you can enjoy movies from bed.
The villa includes Wi-Fi with fiber-optic internet, air conditioning, remote-controlled lighting, five heated mattress pads, a futon dryer, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, and hair dryer.
The house is arranged for private villa stays rather than hotel service. Check-in and check-out are self-service through a key box, and you use the space as your own rental home during the stay.
Dining
Neverland Izu is a self-catering villa, so you prepare your own meals whenever you like. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker, three-burner gas stove with fish grill, frying pan, pot, clay pot, plates, cups, wine glasses, mugs, chopsticks, cutlery, and cooking tools.
Basic seasonings such as soy sauce, salt, vegetable oil, and yakiniku sauce are prepared, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and black tea. This makes it easy to bring ingredients from local shops and cook simple meals, hot pot, breakfast, or late-night snacks.
The outdoor BBQ area sits under a large gazebo, so you can grill even when the weather changes. BBQ use is available within set hours, and the equipment differs by grill type. A charcoal grill and basic items are prepared, while the Weber gas grill is handled as a rental option. Food delivery for BBQ ingredients may also be arranged in advance, depending on your plans and availability.
Onsen and Wellness
Neverland Izu has a private natural hot spring bath made with Izu stone. The bath is spacious for a rental villa and uses mildly alkaline water that feels gentle on the skin.
Because the bath is inside your private villa, you can use it without following a public bath schedule. After sightseeing, BBQ, pool time, or a long drive, the hot spring gives you an easy way to warm your body and settle into the evening.
The villa does not have shared public baths, sauna facilities, or staffed wellness treatments. The onsen experience is simple, private, and centered on the Izu stone bath.
Guests with Tattoos
Neverland Izu is a private whole-villa rental with no shared public bath. You can use the natural hot spring bath privately with tattoos.
Facilities
Neverland Izu has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, natural hot spring bath, covered BBQ gazebo, natural grass dog run, seasonal pool, projector, large TV, streaming access, Nintendo Switch dock, Wi-Fi, laundry items, parking, and outdoor space for pets and children.
The gazebo has curtains to help reduce insects during outdoor dining. The natural grass area can be used as a dog run, and the owner uses pet-safe weed control products on the grounds. The pool operates from July to mid-September by advance reservation and is sized for children and summer play.
Pets can stay, with up to two animals accepted. There is no size restriction, but pets must meet the house rules, including vaccination, toilet training, and good behavior. Bring your own pet toilet sheets because the villa does not provide them.
The villa is non-smoking indoors for cigarettes. Outdoor smoking rules and electronic cigarette rules should be followed as listed in the house guide. Parties, events, late-night noise, outdoor loudspeakers, and shoes inside the house are not allowed.
Activities
Neverland Izu places you close to several Izu Kogen attractions. Omuroyama Lift, Izu Granpal Park, Izu Shaboten Zoo, Sakura-no-Sato, and Lake Ippeki are all nearby by car, making the villa easy to use for family trips, pet-friendly outings, and short sightseeing drives.
Inside the villa, you can enjoy BBQ, movies, games, hot spring bathing, pool time in summer, garden play with your dog, and relaxed meals with your group. The quiet villa-area setting also works well for a slower stay where most of your time is spent at the house.
The location suits seasonal Izu travel. Spring brings cherry blossoms around Sakura-no-Sato, summer works well for pool and BBQ stays, autumn brings cooler outdoor dining, and winter gives you warm hot spring time after sightseeing.
