Overview

ISANA Panorama Villa is a private rental villa in Izu Kogen, Shizuoka, set near Mount Omuro with wide views toward Sagami Bay, Oshima, and the Izu Islands on clear days. You stay in a full private house surrounded by greenery, fruit trees, sea air, and open sky.

You rent the whole villa, so your time belongs to you. You can cook, use the BBQ and pizza oven, soak in the natural hot spring, enjoy the private sauna, relax on the large wood deck, and spend quiet time with family, friends, children, or your dog.

The villa suits you when you want space, privacy, ocean views, natural hot spring bathing, and a stay that feels closer to living in Izu than simply visiting it.

Accommodation

You stay in a two-story villa with about 190㎡ of space. The layout includes three bedrooms and a tatami lounge that can also be used as a sleeping area, giving you up to four sleeping spaces. The villa accommodates up to 10 people, making it a strong choice for families, groups, and longer stays.

The second floor has two bedrooms. One faces the sea and includes a semi-double bed and a single bed. Another family-style room combines Western bedding with a tatami area and can also use futons. The first floor has a quieter bedroom with a double bed, suited to anyone who prefers easier access without using the stairs. The tatami lounge beside the living room can become a private Japanese-style sleeping space when the wooden sliding doors close.

The living and dining area flows into the kitchen, giving everyone an easy place to gather. Large windows bring in light and frame the sea, greenery, and sky. Natural wood flooring, plaster walls, selected lighting, and art pieces give the villa a warm and refined atmosphere without feeling stiff.

Each room has air-conditioning, and the villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi, workspaces in the upstairs bedrooms, two smart TVs, a washing machine, towels, yukata, slippers, bath baskets, and daily essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, skincare items, toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, and a hair dryer.

Dining

Dining is self-catered at ISANA Panorama Villa. You bring your own ingredients and prepare meals in the full island kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, rice cooker, cooking tools, tableware, and basic seasonings, so you can cook proper meals instead of relying only on snacks or takeout.

The large wood deck gives you another way to enjoy meals. You can reserve the BBQ grill and pizza oven in advance, then cook outside while looking toward the sea and greenery. BBQ ingredients are not provided, so you bring the food you want and shape the meal around your group.

This setup works well when you want slow breakfasts, casual lunches, or long dinners that are not tied to restaurant hours. You can prepare a simple meal after sightseeing, make pizza with children, grill seafood and vegetables, or enjoy drinks on the deck as the light changes.

A special French-style kaiseki dinner at ISANA Resort can also be arranged with advance reservation for adults. This gives you the option of a more refined dinner experience away from the villa while still keeping your stay private and flexible.

Onsen and Wellness

Natural hot spring bathing is one of the main highlights of the villa. You can enjoy both an indoor bath and an open-air bath, and both use natural hot spring water. The spring quality is calcium sulfate, known for its smooth feel on the skin.

The indoor bath has a black granite tub made for two people and sits inside the bathroom area. The open-air bath lets you bathe while feeling the air, trees, and quiet setting around you. In summer, the open-air bath can also be used as a cool bath, making it useful after sauna time.

The private sauna sits inside the bathroom area and is designed for two people. You can enjoy self-löyly, warm your body slowly, then rest by the large window or step out to the deck for fresh air.

You can use the villa’s natural hot spring during your stay without sharing the bath with other people. You can also use the private large bath at ISANA Resort once during your stay with advance reservation.

Guests with tattoos

You use the villa’s baths privately with your own group, so you do not need to enter a shared public bath.

Facilities

ISANA Panorama Villa is designed for private stays where you spend most of your time inside the house, on the deck, or in the baths. The living and dining area gives your group a comfortable place to gather, while the full kitchen supports longer stays and proper home-style meals. The large smart TV in the living room also works with karaoke microphones, so you can enjoy a relaxed evening indoors.

The outdoor area adds another layer to the stay. The wood deck is about 40㎡ and includes outdoor furniture, dining space, BBQ equipment, and a pizza oven available with advance reservation. You can eat outside, rest in the open air, or simply sit back and enjoy the view toward the sea and Izu’s greenery.

The bathing area gives you both natural hot spring comfort and sauna time. You have an indoor hot spring bath, open-air hot spring bath, black granite tub, and private sauna, all within your own villa setting. This makes the stay easy when you want to move between bathing, cooking, resting, and spending time together without leaving the property.

The villa also includes practical comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi, workspaces, two smart TVs, air-conditioning in each room, a washing machine, basic cleaning tools, towels, skincare items, bath amenities, free parking for four cars, and pet-friendly support. You can also request a one-way transfer from Futo Station when available, with advance arrangement.

Activities

You can enjoy the villa itself as the main experience. A slow day might begin with coffee in the kitchen, continue with a bath or sauna, move into a walk around the area, then end with BBQ or pizza on the deck. The villa gives you enough space to enjoy time together without needing a full itinerary.

Mount Omuro is nearby, and the Izu Kogen area gives you easy access to scenic drives, coastal viewpoints, parks, cafés, museums, and nature walks. Izu Shaboten Zoo, Izu Granpal Park, and Jogasaki Coast are also natural choices for a day out.

Because the villa welcomes pets, your dog can be part of the trip. You can spend quiet mornings together, relax on the deck, and enjoy the surrounding nature without leaving your dog behind.

Additional features

Isana Panorama Villa welcomes pets, allowing your dog to stay with you throughout the villa. This policy makes the stay feel complete, especially for those who consider their dog part of the family.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out extends to 11:00 AM, giving you more time to enjoy the space compared with standard schedules.

Isana Panorama Villa offers more than a place to sleep. You gain time, space, and freedom—time to reconnect with people you care about, space to breathe with the landscape, and freedom to enjoy Izu on your own terms.
