LiVEMAX Resort Atami Sea Front is an ocean-view resort in Atami, Shizuoka, where you can stay close to the sea, soak in Atami Onsen, and enjoy the atmosphere of a classic hot spring town with a resort feel. From Atami Station, you can reach the property by car in about 7 minutes, or take an Izu Tokai Bus and get off at the Ginza bus stop, which sits diagonally across from the hotel.

Accommodation

Your room gives you a relaxing base with Japanese-Western style, Simmons beds, and a private terrace. Room types include the Premium Ocean Suite Japanese-Western Room, Ocean Suite Japanese-Western Room, Junior Suite Japanese-Western Room, Western Modern Deluxe Japanese-Western Room, and Western Modern Superior Japanese-Western Room. The hotel lists Shigaraki-yaki open-air baths for its room types, so you can enjoy bath time in your own space.

For a more spacious stay, the Premium Ocean Suite Japanese-Western Room offers about 37㎡ plus an 8㎡ private terrace. Dining

At the restaurant, you can enjoy buffet-style meals built around local ingredients and seafood. The menu focuses on Japanese and Western dishes, with seasonal cooking that changes through the year. The hotel also shows breakfast examples, dinner examples, and a live kitchen image on the restaurant page.

Dinner is served from 17:30 to 21:00, with last order at 20:30. Soft drinks are free, and you can add a 60-minute standard all-you-can-drink alcohol plan for an extra charge. The alcohol plan includes beer, whisky, sours, plum wine, shochu, and red and white wine.

The restaurant also serves bulgogi, which you cook yourself at the table. If the hotel does not have enough people for the buffet, your meal may change to a Japanese-Western kaiseki-style set meal. The restaurant is for staying customers only.

Onsen and Wellness

The hot spring area includes an open-air bath, large public bath, and sauna. You can soak in Atami Onsen in a spacious bath area, then use the sauna to unwind further. Bathing hours are 6:00 to 11:00 in the morning and 15:00 to 24:00 in the afternoon and evening.

The spring source is Atami Onsen, a mixed source using Atami sources 219, 238, 218, 242, and 241. The spring quality is sodium-calcium chloride spring, listed as hypotonic, weakly alkaline, and high temperature. The source temperature is 62.8°C.

Bathing amenities include a changing area, lockers, buckets, chairs, showers, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, water server, lotion, and other bath-area items.

Day-use hot spring bathing is also available. Day-use hours are 8:00 to 11:00, with final reception at 10:30, and 14:00 to 24:00, with final reception at 22:00. On Thursdays and Fridays, the evening session starts at 15:00 because of bath maintenance.

Guests with Tattoos

People with tattoos, tattoo stickers, or body paint may not bathe in the public baths. If tattoos are found after entering the bath, you must stop bathing, and the hotel does not provide refunds or compensation connected to this rule.

At Sun Beach, you can watch the sunrise over the horizon in the early morning and enjoy the beach lighting at night. Atami Ropeway gives you views of Atami city and the Pacific Ocean, while Atami Castle offers a 360-degree view from its tower observatory.
