Dinner with the overnight meal plan is served as kaiseki at Restaurant Hanagokoro. You can choose from four dinner plans, each with a different meal style. The Da名 Kaiseki Plan is the most premium option, with Iga Beef, spiny lobster, and abalone. The meal example includes Iga Beef shabu-shabu, abalone steak, spiny lobster salad, seasonal tempura, Iga Beef loin cut steak, and Iga rice.
The Iga Seasonal Kaiseki Plan features Iga Beef loin shabu-shabu with homemade ponzu, seasonal sashimi, simmered dishes, grilled fish, Iga vegetable carpaccio, tempura, and Iga rice. The Hanabasho Kaiseki Plan focuses on seasonal and local ingredients, with Iga Beef sukiyaki as the main dish. The Shinobi Kaiseki Plan offers a more casual Japanese course with local ingredients, seasonal tempura, domestic beef, and Iga rice.
Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet served at Restaurant Hanagokoro from 7:00 to 9:00, with final reception at 8:30. You can also use the restaurant for lunch, tea time, light meals, and dinner.
The restaurant seating uses partitions for a semi-private feel. For groups of four or more with a qualifying meal budget, you may be able to use the private Ume no Ma or Momo no Ma rooms free of charge, subject to availability. All restaurant seats are non-smoking.
Onsen and Wellness

The Japanese-style bath includes an open-air bath, indoor large bath, waterfall bath, lying bath, body shower, dry sauna, cold bath, and finishing bath.
