Each room at Tenyu features an open-air hot spring bath, allowing you to enjoy the soothing waters of Kowakudani Onsen in privacy. Choose from standard rooms, top-floor rooms with higher ceilings and expansive views, or special rooms themed around Hakone’s unique nature and culture. The Shigaraki ware bathtubs add a nostalgic yet refined touch to your stay.

Tenyu’s dining experience focuses on seasonal ingredients, blending traditional Japanese techniques with modern culinary craftsmanship. Onsen & Wellness

Tenyu’s hot springs are renowned for their healing properties. The “Ukigumo no Yu” bath on the 6th floor offers an infinity-style outdoor bath with views of the Hakone mountains, making you feel as if you’re floating in the sky. The “Kurumazawa no Yu” bath on the 5th floor is surrounded by nature, offering a tranquil setting with the soothing sounds of waterfalls and birds. Both baths feature sodium chloride springs, known for easing joint pain, muscle soreness, and stress.

Guests with Tattoos

Guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the public baths. However, private in-room hot spring baths are available to enjoy without restrictions.
