Onsen and Wellness
The 14th floor of Amanek Beppu YULA-RE invites you to soak your stress away. The large bath uses bicarbonate spring water, known for its gentle exfoliating effect and its ability to leave your skin feeling smooth. Step into the golden-colored bath and look out over Beppu’s city lights or morning mist. The rooftop also has a source-fed open-air bath, giving you the full onsen experience under the sky.
On the roof, you’ll also find an infinity pool that looks out over Beppu Bay. From sunrise to fireworks, the changing views bring a sense of wonder. Please bring a swimsuit, as the pool is not a hot spring.
Men can enjoy a sauna and a cold bath for the full spa cycle. There’s also a Finnish-style tent sauna, available seasonally from October to June.

If you have tattoos, you can still enjoy the hot springs by booking a private bath. Just ask the front desk for help making a reservation.
