Dining

Your stay includes carefully prepared kaiseki meals. Enjoy specialties such as:

  • Hell-Steamed Kaiseki: This local method uses geothermal steam to cook ingredients. The technique locks in natural flavor without losing nutrients. Each dish arrives beautifully presented and full of seasonal ingredients.
  • Seki-Aji and Seki-Saba: These prized local fish from Oita are served raw or lightly cooked to preserve their rich flavor and delicate texture.
  • Oita Wagyu Sirloin Steak: Tender cuts of locally raised beef melt in your mouth, offering a luxurious dining experience.
  • Flounder: Light and fresh, served in a thinly sliced style that highlights its subtle flavor.
  • Charcoal Grilled Chicken: Local chicken grilled to perfection, with a smoky aroma and crispy bite.
  • Fugu: Sliced thinly and presented with care, this delicacy delivers elegance and umami in every bite.

Breakfast features nine small dishes in a traditional square box, with freshly cooked rice and handmade miso soup. Meals are served in the restaurant, offering a relaxed atmosphere with local flavors.

Onsen and Wellness
