Dining
Sensui’s dining experience centers on seasonality. There is no fixed menu—the chefs prepare dishes based on the freshest ingredients available. Every plate reflects the beauty of Tajima’s four seasons, with flavors that highlight what’s best right now.
Seasonal multi-course meals feature specialties like Tajima beef, prepared as steak or shabu-shabu, and Tsuiyama crab, sourced locally between November and March. You can also order à la carte dishes such as:
- Tajima beef steak
- Abalone (grilled in butter)
- Large sashimi platter
If you have a buckwheat allergy, let the staff know and they’ll substitute soba noodles for wheat-based ones.
Start your day with a healthy, nourishing meal. Expect five-grain Japanese porridge, seasonal vegetables, locally caught fish, fresh eggs, and rice. Every dish is carefully chosen for taste and balance.
