Seaside Maisonette
This two-floor suite gives you 85㎡ of space, with a living area upstairs and a private garden-view bath downstairs. From the living room, you can gaze out over the sea.
Central Villa
At 71㎡, this is the most compact room on the property and designed exclusively for two people. Large windows overlook a garden, and the space provides an ideal balance of privacy and simplicity.

Modeled after a traditional Japanese house, this 90㎡ suite includes a spacious bath with a view. Choose between a Japanese-Western mix or a four-bed Western room, depending on your needs.

The only villa with a private pool, this 98㎡ room is perfect for special stays. It also includes a hot spring bath and garden terrace. You can choose either a Japanese-Western layout or a four-bed Western room.
Gahama Tower (3F–9F)
Each room offers an ocean view and comes with a view bath facing Beppu Bay. Designed in 2019, these suites give you an elevated private stay.
Gahama Tower (10F)
The top-floor suite is designed for just two people and provides a panoramic view of the bay. This room offers an extra touch of exclusivity and calm.

You can also visit the large public bath at Amane Resort Seikai, located next door. There, you’ll find infinity baths, jacuzzis, dry saunas, and even a special saltwater bath with 25% seawater content. Towels are provided, so you can enjoy the space with ease.
