At Tokinoshizuku, you are invited to unwind and experience the harmony of nature, traditional beauty, and Japsnese hospitality.

Hakone Tokinoshizuku offers eight beautifully designed rooms, combining traditional Japanese aesthetics with stylish luxury. All rooms feature tatami mat flooring, shoji paper screens, and outdoor baths (“rotenburo”) with naturally flowing hot spring water. The baths are made from fragrant hinoki wood, offering a soothing experience as you relax amidst the natural surroundings.

  • Premier Suite: Spacious and luxurious, the Premier Suites, such as “Beaune” (118㎡) and “La Tache” (87㎡), offer stunning views of the forest and valleys. Some suites come with kotatsu, a heated table, for cozy winter evenings.
  • Standard Suite: The Standard Suites, like “Pommard” and “Sancerre” (65㎡), blend Japanese and Western styles, featuring beautiful views of the mountains and valleys.
  • Grand Suite: The “La Romanee” suite (200㎡) is the ultimate indulgence, featuring a large outdoor bath on the open deck, a kotatsu for winter, and a fireplace for added warmth and luxury.

Dining

At Tokinoshizuku, dining is a culinary journey that highlights the flavors of Japan. The ryokan serves seasonal Kaiseki meals, with fresh seafood from the nearby coast and locally sourced vegetables. Specialties include rice cooked with abalone and handmade Japanese soba noodles. Dinner is served in the “Salle à Manger Elevage” dining room or can be arranged in your room for a more private experience. Breakfast offers a Western-style menu, featuring dishes like homemade yogurt, eggs benedict, and freshly roasted coffee.

Onsen & Wellness

Aromatherapy treatments are available at our Cocoshnik Aroma Salon, where expert therapists use a selection of essential oils to rejuvenate your body and mind.
