Accommodation

Hifumi Ryokan offers three room types to suit different needs. The 10-tatami mat rooms are ideal for larger groups or families, accommodating up to five people. The 7.5-tatami mat rooms are a comfortable choice for up to four guests. For couples or solo travelers, the 6-tatami mat rooms are a compact yet comfortable option. Each room is equipped with amenities like yukata, toiletries, and traditional tatami floors that add to the authentic Japanese experience.

Dining

Hifumi Ryokan serves exquisite Kyoto Kaiseki cuisine featuring seasonal dishes. The popular breakfast includes options such as yuba porridge and tofu ankake, providing a nourishing start to your day. Dinner offers a variety of traditional courses, including freshly prepared sashimi, tempura, and other delicacies that highlight Kyoto’s culinary traditions.

Onsen & Wellness

The ryokan offers a communal bath featuring water drawn from underground. While not an onsen in the strictest sense, the bath provides a relaxing space where you can soak and unwind after a day of exploring Kyoto.

Guests with Tattoos

Guests with tattoos are welcome to use the public bath as long as tattoos are covered with a waterproof seal. Please prepare a suitable seal before visiting the bath area.
