Dining

The cuisine at Hotel Kinparo brings the sea and the land together on your plate. The chefs focus on fresh seafood from the nearby Tsuiyama Fishing Port and seasonal vegetables from the San’in region. Every meal is made with care, reflecting the natural flavors of the region.

Enjoy crab in the winter, Tajima beef year-round, and local specialties prepared in the open kitchen of Dining SAN, a restaurant with high-beamed ceilings and views of pine trees and the sea. For a more intimate experience, dine at Ryotei Shoun, where you can enjoy your meal in a private room while watching the lights of fishing boats.

Onsen and Wellness

The hot springs at Hotel Kinparo draw water from Hiyoriyama Onsen, a source known for over 20,000 years. The water, rich in sodium and calcium, is slightly saline and leaves your skin feeling soft and warm long after your soak.

You can choose from:

  • Open-Air Baths: Separate facilities for men and women offer sweeping views of the Sea of Japan.
  • Large Communal Baths: “Otohime” for women and “Urashima” for men, each with spacious indoor soaking areas.

After-Bath Lounge: Relax after your bath with free black bean tea or water, and enjoy a massage chair session.

Bath hours run from early evening to late night, and again in the early morning.
