Dining at Ichinoyu is a delightful experience that focuses on creative Japanese cuisine, crafted with seasonal ingredients. The dinner menu includes specialties like Yonezawa beef, one of Japan’s premium wagyu beef varieties, served as sukiyaki or shabu-shabu. The chefs use fresh fish and vegetables, ensuring every meal is not only delicious but also balanced and nutritious. Breakfast at Ichinoyu features an authentic Japanese spread, with freshly grilled fish and local delicacies. If you stay at “Sunny Ichinoyu,” you can enjoy a breakfast buffet with 30 to 40 different dishes, offering plenty of variety.

Onsen & Wellness

Ichinoyu’s hot springs are known for their therapeutic properties. The source is an alkaline simple hot spring (pH 8.5 to 9.2) that helps with muscle pain, joint pain, neuralgia, and skin beautification. You can use the communal hot spring baths or choose a room with a private open-air bath for more privacy. In addition, the large outdoor bath offers beautiful views of the Hayakawa River, allowing you to relax while enjoying the changing scenery throughout the seasons.

Guests with Tattoos

If you have tattoos, you are unfortunately not permitted to use the public baths. However, you can still enjoy the hot springs in privacy by choosing a room with a private open-air bath.
