Kasuga Hotel is a traditional Japanese ryokan located just 2-minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. It is near the picturesque Nara Park and the historic grounds of Kofukuji Temple. This ryokan comes with a mix of tatami and western style rooms, a range of indoor and outdoor onsen and lovely views of the primeval forest around.

Accommodation

Kasuga Hotel has non smoking room throughout the property. You can select a traditional Japanese style room with tatami and futons or opt for a Western style room with comfortable twin beds. Some rooms have open air baths where you can soak in your own room.

Kasuga Hotel has Kaiseki cuisine, which uses seasonal ingredients from Nara. There are dishes like Yamato beef that are known for their soft texture and rich flavor. The hotel is proud to serve meals that not only delight the taste buds, but also reflect the local culinary heritage.

Please note that the onsen is not filled with natural hot spring water but heated water sourced from Nara.

Kasuga Hotel has restrictions regarding tattoo visibility in public bathing areas. Guests with tattoos are advised to book a room with private onsen.
