Open-Air Baths

Soak in one of several open-air baths that use water from the Umedaru source. The natural scent of sulfur and the outdoor setting make these baths especially calming. You’ll feel the stress fade away as your body warms from the inside out.

  • Bath hours: 15:00–24:00 and 05:00–10:00
  • Water type: Sulfur-containing sodium chloride spring
  • Effects: Promotes healthy skin and helps with nerve, joint, and muscle pain

Large Communal Baths (Indoor)

These spacious indoor baths use “Yunohana no Taki” stone, rich in minerals. The scent of natural sulfur fills the room, and the water overflows with healing properties.

  • Bath hours: 15:00–24:00 and 05:00–10:00
  • Bring your own towels from your room

Private Footbath

A dedicated footbath lets you soak your tired feet after exploring the beach or town. It fits around ten people and is free to use for all guests.
