For dinner, you can enjoy dishes such as Shinshu soba, oyaki, BLT Burger, pressed sushi, and chef-prepared items from the live kitchen. The menu may change with season and supply, so each stay can bring a different taste of Shinshu.
Onsen and Wellness
The bath area centers on Yuhime no Yu Matsushiro Onsen, a historic hot spring associated with Nichiren and Takeda Shingen. You can soak in the open-air rock bath, where natural Matsushiro Onsen water helps you slow down after sightseeing in Nagano. The water quality is listed as a sodium chloride spring, a type of mineral-rich hot spring often valued for its warming bathing feel.
You can also use the indoor public bath, sauna, and Onsen Lounge on the 3rd floor. The indoor bath uses heated water rather than natural hot spring water, while the open-air rock bath is the main natural onsen experience. After bathing, you can rest in the Onsen Lounge, which has sofas and a quiet post-bath atmosphere.
Guests with Tattoos
The public bath is also available for you to use when your tattoo can be concealed with tattoo cover stickers. Tattoo cover stickers are sold at the front desk.
Facilities
You can enjoy several in-house spaces designed for families, relaxation, and easy downtime. Facilities include the HINATA table tennis room, EN community room for preschool children, SORA theater room, YAKU activity room with bouldering, and Nagi chill room with tatami seating, comic books, books, and board games.
You also have access to a shop, free Wi-Fi, coin laundry, massage service, vending machine corner, free lockers, free shuttle bus between the hotel and JR Nagano Station, and free outdoor parking with EV charging.

Use the hotel as a base for Nagano’s nature, history, and culture. You can visit Zenkoji Temple, explore the Matsushiro area, or plan day trips to places such as Kamikochi and Jigokudani Wild Snow Monkey Park.
