Every villa includes a private open-air hot spring bath, so your stay naturally centers on bathing, quiet time, and the feeling of being close to nature. You can soak whenever you like, listen to the stream, watch the seasons change around you, and enjoy the kind of privacy that is hard to find in a larger hotel.

The location also works well for exploring Nasu. Sightseeing spots, cafés, restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets sit within easy reach by car, so you can enjoy the area during the day and return to your villa for a peaceful night.

You stay in one of 5 detached suite-style villas, each with its own character. Room types include the Luxury Suite, Executive Suite, Provence Suite, British Antique Suite, and Maisonette Suite. Each villa stands separately, giving you more privacy than a standard hotel room and a stronger sense of having your own small retreat in Nasu.

The Provence Suite has a bright, soft European feel, while the British Antique Suite brings in classic furniture and a more nostalgic mood. The Maisonette Suite gives you a two-level layout, with living space on the first floor and a king-size bed upstairs. The Luxury and Executive suites offer more generous layouts with a richer, more decorative atmosphere.

All villas include a private open-air hot spring bath. In the Maisonette Suite, the bath has a distinctive design where you move from the indoor washing area through an arch into the open-air space. The bath is roofed, so you can soak comfortably even when the weather changes.

Inside your room, you have practical features for a relaxed stay, including Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player, refrigerator, tea set, electric kettle, microwave, hair dryer, humidifier, air conditioning, washlet toilet, towels, bath towels, bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash, toothbrush set, comb, and brush. The room is fully non-smoking, though some plans allow smoking in the open-air bath area.

The area within a short drive has many places to eat, and the room makes takeout easy with a microwave and electric kettle. Each room has its own hot spring bath, so you can soak without checking public bath hours or sharing the space with anyone else. The water is an alkaline simple spring, known for its gentle feel, and it is associated with relief from fatigue, sensitivity to cold, and muscle pain.

The bath lets you enjoy Nasu’s seasons from your own room. In spring, you can feel the fresh green around you. In early summer, you may see fireflies depending on the weather. Autumn brings rich colors, and winter brings a quiet, snowy atmosphere. Because the bath is roofed, you can enjoy the open-air feeling even on rainy or snowy days.

There is no large public bath at the property. The focus stays fully on your private room bath, giving you more freedom in how and when you use the hot spring.

There is no large public bath, pool, gym, sauna, or on-site restaurant currently listed as part of the stay. Instead, the property focuses on private bathing, quiet rooms, and easy access to nearby dining and sightseeing around Nasu.

Activities

You can enjoy your stay in two simple ways: stay close to your villa and rest, or use the property as a base for exploring Nasu. If you want a slow day, you can soak in your private bath, open the windows to hear the stream, read, nap, and enjoy meals in your room.

Additional features

Check-in is usually from 2:30 PM, and check-out is usually by 9:30 AM, though some booking plans may set different times. Late check-in after 8:00 PM may be possible with advance notice.

The property is located at 719-9 Yumoto, Nasu-machi, Nasu-gun, Tochigi. By car, you travel from Nasu IC toward Yumoto on Prefectural Route 17, turn left near the FamilyMart, and continue a short distance to the property. If you come by public transport, the nearest bus stop is Moriko-zaka, about 8 minutes away on foot.
