Dinner service is limited to just 10 groups per evening to ensure quality and attention to detail. Meals use carefully selected ingredients from across Oita Prefecture and Japan, chosen for their rarity and flavor.

Dishes change with the seasons, and the menu is built to showcase the natural taste of each ingredient. Each course arrives at just the right moment and temperature—whether it’s a warm soup or a cool, delicate sashimi.

Onsen and Wellness

Umino Hotel Hajime offers a full onsen experience, including private in-room baths and the public bath Asahi no Yu, located on the top floor. From the rooftop bath and sauna, you can watch the sunrise over Beppu Bay—a memory that’s hard to forget.

Tattoo Policy

Tattooed visitors are not permitted in the Asahi no Yu public bath. However, you can fully enjoy the private in-room hot spring baths.
