Accommodations at Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku boast traditional Japanese rooms constructed from aged pine wood.
The Main Hall, #1 Annex, and East Building have rooms with tatami mats, yukatas, and private or shared baths.

Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku is located inland and surrounded by mountains on all sides, so it is blessed with an abundance of natural bounty such as mushrooms and river fish.
Depending on the season, the ryokan will serve mountain village cuisine centered around wild vegetables, mushrooms, and river fish.
Onsen & Wellness
The highlight at Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku are the open air baths. You have five different baths to pick from, some which are mixed gender baths, while others are women only.
Maka bath is a mixed gender bath and the most famous hot open spa in Takaraga. It has been featured in TV programs, magazines, and posters.
Hannya bath is a mixed gender bath located in the downstream of river. It is a shallow bath perfect for families with children.
Kodakara bath is a mixed gender bath, very spacious and located across the river from Hannya bath.
Maya bath is a women only bath established in 1970 so women can enjoy the open air bath in their own privacy and comfort.
Super size bath is a large indoor bath separated by gender for men and women.
Please note that all guests will need special bathing suits from the hotel. Mixed gender baths will now allow people without special bathing suits from hotel in the onsen. This is to make everyone more comfortable.
Guests with tattoos
Takaragawa Onsen Osenkaku is tattoo-friendly but you might want to consider using a tattoo seal to hide some of your tattoos. The staff might tell you to use the onsen only in the morning or evening to avoid the day crowds, which might feel uncomfortable with tattoos.
