Twin Room
These 25.3㎡ rooms fit up to two people. You’ll sleep on large beds (200cm × 140cm) and enjoy views of the sea and mountains.
Triple Room
At 27.7㎡, this room is perfect for three. You’ll get the same stunning view and a little more space to relax.
Family Room
These 57.1㎡ rooms fit up to four and include tatami flooring, a sofa, and double beds. It’s a great choice for families or groups.
Single Room
This 21.2㎡ room has a queen-size bed (200cm × 160cm) and soundproof windows to help you rest after a long day.
All rooms include a bath, bathroom, and free wired LAN Internet. You’ll also find air conditioning, a refrigerator, a flat-screen TV, and a tea set. Wi-Fi is available in the lobby.

Open-Air Bath (11th Floor)
Soak in 100% pure flowing hot spring water while a sea breeze drifts in from Beppu Bay. The view stretches across the bay to the mountains, and at night the lights of Beppu glow below.
Viewing Bath (10th Floor)
These indoor baths are separated for men and women and offer the same impressive views from one floor down.
Baths are available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 AM, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a long soak.

If you have tattoos, you can use the baths privately by reserving a family-use session. Please speak with the front desk to arrange a time.
