Hotel Sekisuien features 21 rooms across five room types, each designed with distinct style and comfort in mind. Renovated in 2019, every room offers modern functionality while preserving the beauty of local materials like Gujo hinoki wood and Mino washi paper.
Executive Room
Enjoy a wide-open layout with a living area and bedroom in one space. Relax in a room filled with soft light and natural aromas, and gaze out over the castle town and surrounding mountains through large windows or from your private terrace.
Deluxe Room with Open-Air Bath
Soak in a private open-air bath on your terrace while watching the stars or the sunrise. This is the only room in Gujo Hachiman offering such an experience. The room includes two double beds and can accommodate up to four people.
Deluxe Room
This room opens onto a private garden where birdsong and seasonal blooms create a calming atmosphere. At night, the glow of handmade Mino washi lighting wraps the room in a soft, peaceful ambiance.
Standard Room (with Balcony – Town View)
Spacious and bright, this room overlooks the historic rooftops of Gujo Hachiman. At night, you can enjoy views of the illuminated Gujo Hachiman Castle. A great option for both sightseeing and business stays.
Standard Room (without Balcony – Mountain View)
Facing the forested side of Mt. Hachiman, this room offers a quiet, spacious setting. Some rooms are accessible and suitable for wheelchair users.
