Shinshu beef, raised on apples and carefully selected from nearby farms, is prepared as sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or cooked on a ceramic grill. Rice comes from Kijimadaira, known for its delicious quality.
Breakfast includes miso soup made with local miso, grilled fish, rolled omelet, and dried seaweed. Special children’s meals are available upon request.
