Overview
Step into GRANDIA HOUSEN, a refined ryokan located in Awara City, Fukui Prefecture. Surrounded by nature and steeped in tradition, this onsen retreat blends the spirit of Japanese hospitality with the beauty of seasonal landscapes. Fukui, once known as Miketsukuni, provided food to the imperial court—and that legacy of rich ingredients and artisan skill continues to this day.
At GRANDIA HOUSEN, you can soak in natural hot springs, admire views of cherry blossoms in spring or vibrant leaves in autumn, and enjoy moments of deep relaxation. With views of a carefully landscaped Japanese garden and the comfort of traditional design, every visit feels fresh and deeply renewing.
