Dining
Dining at Hotel Fuji is a highlight of your stay. The hotel’s original buffet offers an abundant selection of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes. The chefs prepare meals with seasonal mountain vegetables, seafood, and local specialties. Watch tempura and steak being freshly cooked at the live kitchen, or enjoy beautifully arranged sushi and desserts crafted with care.
For a more formal experience, you can enjoy a traditional Kaiseki meal. The seasonal Koshu Shunsai Kaiseki features colorful dishes that highlight the ingredients’ natural flavors. If you prefer something local, the Koshu Beef Kaiseki lets you taste Yamanashi’s renowned beef in four different preparations: steak, sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, and sashimi.
Start your mornings with a breakfast basket you can enjoy in your room, by the poolside, or at the café. It’s a relaxed way to begin your day without the need to go to a buffet hall.
