Each room includes all essential amenities such as yukata, mineral water, tea snacks, toiletries, and a Plasmacluster air cleaner. If you need chargers, heaters, or extension cords, you can request them at the front desk.

Dining

At Kashoutei Hanaya, dinner is served in your room so you can enjoy each dish at your own pace. The seasonal multicourse meals change every three months and highlight Hokkaido’s freshest ingredients. Every dish arrives on beautiful Arita-yaki tableware, thoughtfully arranged to please your eyes and your palate.

Your meal may include:

  • Assorted seasonal appetizers
  • Sashimi, steamed and grilled dishes
  • A main course, soup, and rice
  • Pickles and seasonal fruit

For breakfast, head to the dining hall and start your day with a nourishing spread of local flavors. The menu includes grilled fish, freshly prepared omelets, miso soup, rice, tofu, natto, and other locally sourced items like croissants from a nearby bakery.

Lunch is also available by reservation, served in a private room or at a table in the dining area. If you’re planning a midday visit, you can enjoy a box lunch along with access to the hot spring bath — no overnight stay required.
