Kayotei is a luxury ryokan located in the serene hot springs village of Yamanaka, Ishikawa Prefecture. If you’re after a high end ryokan, then Kayotei is for you. Kayotei is surrounded by trees and stunning gardens set against forested hills.
Accommodation
Kayotei has ten suite rooms, each decorated in the traditional sukiya style in the style of a tea ceremony pavilion. The rooms are intimate and warm and all come with tatami floors. The whole experience is to make you feel like you’ve arrived home away from home.
There is one type of Japanese style room with open air bath onsite.

You can expect healthy and well presented cuisine supplied directly from local producers in the Chubu region.
Onsen & Wellness
There is a large open air public bath overlooking the ravine. This open air bath has its water straight from the source, and it’s open 24/7.
If you have tattoos, or want a more private and intimate experience, book the Japanese style room with an open air bath.
