Overview

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki, also known as Izu Kogen Kashibesso Onshi Jogasaki, gives you a full private villa stay in Yawatano, Ito, Shizuoka. You stay in a large three-storey house in the Izu-Kogen and Jogasaki area, with space for up to 22 people and a layout suited to families, friends, retreats, training camps, and group stays.

This is not a ryokan with served meals or shared public baths. You reserve the whole property, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living spaces, garden, terrace, hot spring baths, karaoke, mahjong, and barbecue area. The setting works well when you want privacy, space, and easy access to the coast without sharing facilities with another booking.

The villa sits within reach of Jogasaki Coast, Izu-Kogen Station, and Jogasaki-Kaigan Station. You can spend the day exploring sea cliffs, coastal trails, local museums, and Izu attractions, then return to your own hot spring bath, covered barbecue terrace, and large indoor space for a relaxed evening together.

Accommodation

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki is a three-storey private villa of around 500 square metres. It has nine bedrooms across the second and third floors. The second floor has five Western-style rooms with two beds in each room, while the third floor has four Western-style rooms with two beds in each room. One third-floor room also includes a sofa bed.

Each bedroom includes a television, air conditioning, refrigerator, washbasin, toilet, shower, and balcony. This makes the villa practical for larger groups because each room has its own private facilities rather than relying on only one shared bathroom.

The standard bed setup gives you 18 single beds, while the property capacity reaches up to 22 people when the additional sleeping arrangements are used. The private rooms help your group stay together while still giving each pair or smaller group a place to retreat.

The villa also includes shared living and dining areas, a kitchen, a children’s space near the living room, karaoke and mahjong in the living area, and outdoor space for barbecue and open-air bathing. Because you rent the whole house, the stay feels closer to a private group lodge than a hotel.

Dining

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki does not serve ryokan-style meals, so you can cook, barbecue, or eatokan-style meals, so you can cook, barbecue, or eat out around Izu-Kogen and Jogasaki. This gives your group full control over meal times, ingredients, and style.

The villa has a shared kitchen with equipment for self-catering. Current accommodation listings confirm kitchen facilities with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooking space, while villa listing information highlights cooking equipment for group use. This works well when you want to prepare breakfast, snacks, or full meals during a longer stay.

The covered barbecue terrace is one of the main dining features. You can use the barbecue setup even when the weather changes, and the large canopy area gives you space to cook, eat, talk, and enjoy the outdoors. Barbecue and fire-pit equipment are available, but you should bring your own food, drinks, charcoal, seasonings, and any personal cooking extras you need.

Outdoor use needs to end in the evening because the villa sits in a quiet residential villa area. After that, move indoors and keep noise controlled so the stay remains comfortable for the surrounding homes.

Onsen and Wellness

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki has both an indoor natural hot spring bath and an open-air bath. The indoor hot spring bath is on the second floor, while the open-air bath sits in the garden area under trees and stone features.

The baths are private to your booking. You do not share them with another group, and there are no public bathing hours like you would find at a large ryokan or hotel. This makes the villa especially useful when you want hot spring bathing as part of a private group stay.

The open-air bath lets you enjoy fresh Izu air while soaking, while the indoor bath gives you a comfortable option when the weather is cooler or wet. With several rooms also having private showers, your group can bathe and get ready more easily than in a standard rental house.

The wellness experience here stays simple. You soak in the hot spring, rest in the large indoor spaces, spend time on the terrace, use the garden, and enjoy the slower pace of a private villa stay near the coast.

Guests with Tattoos

You can use the hot spring baths if you have tattoos. Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki is a private full-villa rental, and the indoor hot spring bath and open-air bath are private to your booking.

Facilities

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki includes nine bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living and dining spaces, indoor natural hot spring bath, open-air bath, covered barbecue terrace, fire pit, karaoke, mahjong, children’s space, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and outdoor smoking spaces.

The property is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor areas near the side door and garden. Pets cannot stay.

The villa has parking for six vehicles. It is suitable for larger group travel by car, especially when you plan to bring food, drinks, luggage, or equipment for a retreat. The property also supports late arrival because reception support is available, but check-in arrangements should still be handled in advance.

Activities

Jogasaki Coast is the main nearby nature experience. You can walk along the coast, visit the Kadowaki Suspension Bridge area, enjoy cliff and ocean views, and explore the volcanic shoreline shaped by lava from Mount Omuro. The coast is one of Ito’s best-known scenic areas and works well for photography, short walks, and sea views.

Izu-Kogen also gives you easy access to museums, cafés, craft spots, flower gardens, and family attractions. Mount Omuro is within driving distance and gives you wide views from the crater rim when the chairlift is operating. Izu Granpal Park, Izu Shaboten Zoo, local antique and art museums, and restaurants around the station area can also fit into your stay.

Inside the villa, your group can enjoy karaoke, mahjong, barbecue, the fire pit, and the hot spring baths. The large layout also works for workation stays, training camps, casual meetings, and group retreats when you want a private base with enough room to gather.

Additional Features

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Some booking platforms show check-out handling between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m., so use the earlier time for planning.

The address is Yawatano 1031-23, Ito, Shizuoka. Jogasaki-Kaigan Station is around three minutes away by car, and Izu-Kogen Station is around five to six minutes away by car. The nearest train stations are also reachable by taxi, making the property workable without a car, although a car makes group shopping and sightseeing much easier.

Rental Villa Onshi Jogasaki suits you when you want a large private villa near Jogasaki Coast, hot spring bathing, a covered barbecue area, karaoke, mahjong, space for up to 22 people, and a full-house rental where your group can stay together without sharing facilities with others.
