Super Hotel Premier Saitama Omiya Station East combines quick transport connections with natural hot spring bathing, an optional breakfast buffet, and a complimentary evening Welcome Bar.

After a busy day, you can return for a soak in Hikawa no Yu, choose a drink in the lounge, and settle into a room designed around restful sleep. Omiya Station also gives you direct rail connections to central Tokyo and other parts of the Kanto region.

Accommodation

Choose from Extra, Ladies, Theater, Sofa Double, Twin, Connecting, and accessible rooms. Most rooms measure approximately 12 square metres and make practical use of the available space, while Connecting Rooms give you a larger 24-square-metre layout when you are travelling together.

Extra, Ladies, Theater, and Sofa Double rooms include a wide 150-centimetre bed. The Sofa Double adds a separate place to sit, while the Theater Room replaces the standard television with a projector for films and online content. Twin Rooms include two 120-centimetre beds, and Connecting Rooms join two spaces to give you more room and privacy.

Ladies Rooms include dedicated equipment and toiletries. An accessible room provides a layout designed for easier movement around the sleeping and bathing areas.

Your room supports a restful night with an original pressure-relieving mattress, soft lighting, clean air, and healthy ion water. You also have free Wi-Fi, wired internet, a private unit bath, refrigerator, electric kettle, mobile charger, hairdryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorising spray, and a television unless you choose a Theater Room.

You can collect sleepwear from the lobby and choose a pillow that suits your preferred height and firmness. Tea, razors, skincare products, and selected organic toiletries are also available. The entire accommodation area is non-smoking.

Dining

Start your morning with an optional Japanese and Western breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM. Freshly baked bread, freshly cooked Koshihikari rice, seasonal organic vegetables, salads, warm dishes, and changing side dishes let you create a balanced meal before work or sightseeing.

You can also try dishes connected to Saitama, with the selection changing according to the day. The breakfast places an emphasis on nutritional balance and carefully selected ingredients.

Later, the complimentary Welcome Bar turns the lounge into a relaxed place for an evening drink. Soft drinks are available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, while alcoholic drinks are served from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can choose from wine, cocktails, other alcoholic drinks, and alcohol-free options. Service times may change according to hotel operations.

Onsen and Wellness

Natural Hot Spring Hikawa no Yu provides separate shared indoor baths for men and women. The bathing facilities remain open from 3:00 PM until 9:30 AM the following morning, giving you time to soak after a late return or begin your morning in the warm water.

The water comes from Saitama Mitsuhashi Onsen and is classified as a sodium chloride cold mineral spring with hypotonic, alkaline, and low-temperature characteristics. Bathing in it is associated with relief from joint and nerve discomfort, while its alkaline quality is valued for leaving the skin feeling smooth.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathing area, so you can head to the onsen with the towels prepared in your room.

Guests with Tattoos

You cannot use the shared natural hot spring baths if you have tattoos or body art.

Facilities

You can spend time in the lounge used for breakfast and the Welcome Bar, choose a pillow and sleepwear in the lobby, or collect selected organic toiletries from the amenity corner. The property also provides separate natural hot spring baths for men and women, free Wi-Fi, Ladies Rooms, Theater Rooms, an outdoor smoking corner, and trouser presses beside the elevators.

The coin-operated laundry remains open 24 hours and includes washing machines, dryers, and complimentary detergent. Limited on-site parking is available by advance telephone reservation.

Activities

Explore the streets around Omiya Station for department stores, shopping centres, restaurants, cafés, and evening dining. The station’s extensive rail network also makes it easy to travel around Saitama or continue into central Tokyo.

Visit Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine and walk along its long, tree-lined approach before exploring the surrounding park. You can also discover Omiya’s connection with bonsai at Omiya Bonsai Village and the Omiya Bonsai Art Museum, where carefully shaped trees, pots, viewing stones, and related artworks introduce you to this traditional art.

For railway history, take the New Shuttle from Omiya Station to the Railway Museum. Its exhibitions explore historic rolling stock, railway science, railway work, history, and the future of train travel.

Additional Features

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Cash, major credit cards, selected electronic payments, and several QR payment services are accepted.

The building is non-smoking apart from the designated smoking corner. You can also reduce unnecessary waste by taking only the toiletries you need from the lobby amenity corner.
