Overview
Kinugawa Onsen Hotel welcomes you to the heart of one of Japan’s most scenic valleys. Surrounded by lush mountains and the flowing Kinugawa River, this ryokan is a perfect place to deepen your connection with loved ones. Whether you come to soak in the famous skin-friendly hot springs, enjoy seasonal dining, or simply relax in a traditional tatami room, the hotel provides a warm welcome and genuine hospitality.
Accommodation
You can choose from two main towers: Yunomachi-kan and Yuraku-kan. Each offers a unique style of comfort.
In Yunomachi-kan, modern Japanese-Western rooms combine two Simmons double beds with a tatami area. These rooms overlook the Kinugawa Valley and are designed around the theme of “elevated comfort.”
In Yuraku-kan, traditional Japanese-style rooms with 12 tatami mats create a peaceful, nostalgic space. These rooms accommodate larger groups and are perfect for families or those who prefer a fully Japanese experience.
All rooms are non-smoking and include towels, toothbrushes, yukata, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. You’ll also find tea, sweets, and slippers waiting in your room as part of the ryokan’s hospitality. Room attendants lay out your futon in the evening and tidy up the next morning, allowing you to simply relax and enjoy your stay.
Dining
Your stay includes a buffet dinner and breakfast. The buffet showcases seasonal ingredients and local flavors in a lively, open-kitchen setting. You can watch chefs prepare stone oven pizza, thick-cut roasted beef, freshly fried tempura, and many other dishes right before your eyes.
The dining area maintains a casual and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a wide range of foods prepared with care and creativity.
