This is an easy place to enjoy the coast without overplanning. You can soak in Mihama Onsen while listening to the waves, eat seasonal seafood and Aichi flavors, watch the sky change over the bay, and even see planes taking off and landing near Chubu Centrair International Airport from some rooms. If you travel with your dog, dedicated dog-friendly rooms make the stay more flexible.

Accommodation

Dining

Depending on the season and plan, your meal may include fresh local fish, Ise ebi spiny lobster, abalone, Chita beef, Nagoya Cochin, Chita pork, sea bream, conger eel, clams, whitebait, Hatcho miso, and seasonal vegetables. The courses change through the year, so the meal reflects the season rather than feeling fixed.

The Special Kaiseki course highlights the Chita Peninsula and Ise Bay with a more generous seafood and local ingredient focus. The Blessings of Chita Kaiseki offers a standard course centered on regional tastes, while the Seasonal Kaiseki brings lighter seasonal dishes into the meal. Mihama Onsen is one of the highlights of the stay. The large public bath lets you soak while looking out toward Ise Bay, and the open-air bath brings in the sea breeze and sound of the waves. The setting makes bathing feel connected to the coast, especially when the light softens over the water.
