All rooms come with basic amenities, including yukata robes, slippers, and toiletries. Humidifiers are available, especially useful during Hakuba’s dry winter months.
Dining
Dinner brings together the fun of a sweets hotel with the comfort of a warm mountain meal. You can enjoy Western-style shabu-shabu with Shinshu Ginjo Pork, a Hakuba-born pork raised with sake lees from Shinshu breweries. The pork has a mild taste without heavy fattiness or strong odor. The broth and sauces focus on local ingredients, and you can finish the meal with risotto, soup pasta, or Shinshu toji soba.
Breakfast starts with freshly baked bread and coffee. You can enjoy a breakfast plate made with Shinshu ingredients in the restaurant before heading out for skiing, hiking, or sightseeing.
Sweets are part of the stay. HOTEL 24sweets HAKUBA works with Saika, a sweets shop from Azumino that won a national snack ranking grand prize. Depending on your plan, you can enjoy welcome sweets, dinner sweets, breakfast sweets, and a take-home sweet.
Onsen and Wellness
The onsen at HOTEL 24sweets HAKUBA draws its water from Hakuba Happo Onsen, Japan’s most alkaline simple hot spring. This clear, scentless water is known for its gentle cleansing properties. After a long day on the slopes, the hot spring helps remove dirt and dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling soft and smooth. Locals call it “beautiful skin water” — and you’ll understand why after your first soak.
The onsen building is easily accessible and thoughtfully designed, allowing you to relax in comfort while enjoying the rejuvenating effects of the natural spring.
Guests with Tattoos
You can use the onsen facilities freely even if you have tattoos. There are no restrictions, so feel free to enjoy your bath without concern.
