Dining
Enjoy every meal buffet-style in a bright dining space filled with freshly prepared dishes. You can choose freely from over 100 options across Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, all made with local, healthy ingredients.
The chefs focus on Hamamatsu Power Foods—seasonal produce and seafood from the Lake Hamana region, cooked with care and served with flair. Watch dishes prepared live at the demonstration kitchen and savor meals from a menu supervised by a regional culinary expert.
You can also relax at:
- Hamachaya: A casual café offering coffee, sweets from a hotel pastry chef, and healthy juices.
- Hamakkei: A full-service dining area inside the onsen facility offering everything from set meals to Ă la carte dishes.
Onsen and Wellness
Two different hot spring areas await you during your stay:
- Hanasaki no Yu: A full-service day-use facility connected to the hotel. This space includes over ten baths, saunas, and a relaxation area.
- Hitotoki no Yu: A guest-only open-air bath tucked into a quiet garden, open from early morning until late at night.
Inside Hanasaki no Yu, you’ll find:
- Hinoka no Yu: A spacious cypress bath surrounded by trees and seasonal gardens.
- Sekkei no Yu: An earthy rock-lined bath that blends with natural stone and includes a mist sauna and silk bath.
Both onsen areas alternate daily between men’s and women’s use. You can bathe from morning until late evening, and the guest-only onsen offers a quieter, more intimate setting.
Please note: individuals with tattoos, including temporary body art or stickers, cannot enter any bathing areas.
Guests with Tattoos
Tattoos of any kind are not allowed in the bathing areas, including onsen and public baths. This includes tattoo stickers and body paint. Violating this rule may result in removal from the facility.
