Yurakusoan is a Japanese ryokan located in the Jozankei area, in Hokkaido. It is part of the Kyoritsu Resort group, and the ryokan’s main focus is offering you a sublime hot spring experience.

The lush forest setting of the Yurakusoan offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, inviting you to unwind in its soothing waters. The hot springs at Yurakusoan are rich in sodium chloride, and well known for their heat retention properties.

Yurakusoan offers several types of rooms including Japanese and Western. All rooms at Yurakusoan come with private natural hot spring baths.

Select from twin rooms or larger accommodations for groups and families. Every room has stunning views of the Toyohira River and the beautiful Jozankei landscape.

Dining

The resort boasts a luxurious Japanese Kaiseki restaurant, where you are invited to enjoy the bounties of Hokkaido’s mountains and seas.

Onsen & Wellness

Yurakusoan’s pride are the onsen available on site. You can choose between a large public bath or several private baths such as the Hinoki bath, open air bath or the rock bath.

Each one of them was created to offer you a different hot spring experience. Please note that private baths are available on a first come, first served basis and can only be reserved at check-in
