Overview

Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba is a mountain resort hotel set on a plateau 550 metres above sea level. From this elevated setting, you can enjoy wide views of Mount Fuji, the Gotemba landscape, and the changing sky throughout the day.

The hotel has 51 rooms, natural hot spring baths, French dining, a relaxation salon, sports facilities, and spaces designed for work and longer stays. You can explore Gotemba, Hakone, and the Mount Fuji area during the day, then return for a hot spring soak and a quiet evening overlooking the mountains.

Accommodation

You can choose from standard double and twin rooms, Japanese rooms, Japanese-Western rooms, family rooms, suites, and special rooms. Rooms face either Mount Fuji or the Hakone side, so choose a Mount Fuji room when the view is an important part of your stay.

Standard rooms offer a simple, comfortable base, while the Japanese and Japanese-Western rooms give you more floor space for relaxing. The 60-square-metre Japanese-Western Family Room combines twin Simmons beds with a Japanese area and suits you well when travelling with family or friends.

The Special Floor includes spacious suites and a 74-square-metre Japanese Special Room with a private open-air bath. This room faces Mount Fuji and gives you a more private place to relax. Your room includes Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, safe, kettle, nightwear, towels, and basic bath amenities.

Dining

Restaurant Gastronomique Le Mont serves French cuisine created under the direction of chef Hidemasa Yamamoto. Large windows bring Mount Fuji into view while you enjoy dishes made with seasonal produce, local ingredients, seafood, and carefully selected meats.

Dinner courses include Étoile, Le Mont, and Specialité. Each course changes with the season and combines French techniques with ingredients from Gotemba, Shizuoka, and the surrounding region. Children’s dinner options can also be arranged.

Breakfast is an American-style set meal. You can enjoy fresh fruit with homemade yogurt, salad, eggs, meat dishes, seasonal vegetables, bread, juice, and coffee or tea. Lunch is available by advance reservation for groups.

Onsen and Wellness

The fourth-floor hot spring area gives you views of Mount Fuji by day and the lights of Gotemba at night. You can soak in indoor and open-air baths filled with natural alkaline simple spring water, known for its smooth feel and relaxing warmth.

The open-air area includes marble and rock baths, while the indoor bathing area gives you a sheltered place to unwind. The water is associated with easing tiredness and leaving the skin feeling soft after bathing.

You can also use the sauna and cold-water bath. The cold bath uses underground water drawn from around 200 metres below the property, and drinking water is available after your soak. The baths are open from 6:00 to 24:00 for overnight stays.

MinaMahalo Premium on the sixth floor offers body treatments and oil therapy in a quiet space with mountain views. Treatments are available by reservation.

Guests with Tattoos

Tattoos, tattoo stickers, and body paint are not permitted in the public hot spring and sauna areas.

Facilities

Rembrandt Premium Fuji Gotemba has Restaurant Gastronomique Le Mont, natural hot spring baths, open-air baths, a sauna, relaxation salon, souvenir shop, workcation spaces, meeting rooms, sports arena, and indoor and outdoor parking. The souvenir shop offers tea, local snacks, Hakone marquetry, and Mount Fuji-themed items.

The sports arena includes an indoor automatic tennis court and table tennis. Meeting and business rooms are also available when you need space for work, training, or group events.

Activities

You can use the hotel as a base for Gotemba Premium Outlets, local golf courses, Chichibunomiya Memorial Park, Hakone, and the Mount Fuji area. Hiking routes, forest areas, museums, and scenic drives are also within reach.

Inside the hotel, you can enjoy the hot spring, book a relaxation treatment, play table tennis or automatic tennis, or use the workcation facilities. The mountain views make it easy to combine productive time with a slower resort stay.
