Accommodation

The hotel features 12 concept rooms, and each one reflects a different side of baseball culture. Every room carries the number “11,” a nod to the hotel’s name and a tribute to famous players like Yu Darvish and Shohei Ohtani. Here’s a closer look at your options:

Mountain View Rooms

Look out at Yubari Mountain and the F Village landscape from your window. On game days, you can head up to the Tower Eleven rooftop deck—only accessible to guests in these rooms—for the highest view of the field. Each room fits up to 3 people and ranges from 22 to 27 square meters.

Field View Rooms

Stay in a room facing the field and watch the action through full-length windows. These larger rooms (35–38 square meters) fit up to 4 people and feature bold, baseball-inspired decor. On non-game days, you can relax with the soothing view of the green turf.

Field View Maisonette Rooms

These two-level rooms face the field and feature a balcony or full wall of windows. With up to 70 square meters of space, you can comfortably stay with a group of up to 5 people. Each room is uniquely themed, offering a creative take on the stadium experience.

Darvish & Ohtani Premium Maisonette

This spacious room celebrates two of the most iconic players in Fighters history. Upstairs, you’ll find a wide open space overlooking the field. The room fits up to 7 people and gives you 80 square meters of baseball-inspired design and comfort.

Darvish & Ohtani Suite

This is the hotel’s only suite. Located in a corner, it features the largest balcony and window space. The interior displays artwork and wallpaper drawn from the players’ careers with the Fighters. With 44 square meters of space, it fits up to 4 people.

Dining

While the hotel doesn’t include dining inside the rooms, your stay gives you full access to the ES CON FIELD concourse. You can explore local food stalls, try fresh stadium-made craft beer, and enjoy snacks while watching the game or walking around the park. The hotel gives you entry to the stadium even on game days, so you can eat, drink, and watch the action all at once.

Onsen and Wellness

Your stay includes access to Tower Eleven Onsen & Sauna. This world-first hot spring and sauna lets you relax with views of the field. Try the “Snow Skin” hot spring or cool off with a breeze from the open terrace while smelling the fresh turf. The sauna and outdoor bath area are swimsuit-friendly, while the indoor hot spring offers a more traditional, no-swimsuit soak.

The facility uses Hokkaido’s natural spring water, known for its smooth, gentle quality. After your bath, head to the indoor bar for a craft beer or snack. You’ll find yourself fully refreshed after a long day, especially if you’ve been exploring F Village or cheering through nine innings.

Guests with Tattoos

You can use the hot spring and sauna areas freely, especially the swimsuit zones. If you prefer more privacy, you can reserve private areas in advance. The hotel offers a relaxed, welcoming environment for all visitors, including those with tattoos.

Facilities

Each room includes premium bedding designed for deep, restful sleep. You’ll sleep under a NEUTRALWORKS. KODENSHI down duvet and rest your head on a BRAIN SLEEP pillow. Some rooms also feature ENNN mattresses by NEUTRALWORKS. These top-tier sleep tools help you recharge for another day at the stadium.

Your stay includes one parking spot per room (advance booking recommended), and the entire hotel is non-smoking. The nearest smoking areas are located at the Coca-Cola Gate and F NEOBANK Gate inside the stadium.

Activities

Watch a baseball game from your room or the rooftop deck without buying a separate ticket. Your hotel reservation includes admission to the stadium. On game days, you can roam the concourse, try stadium food, and catch every moment of the action—all without leaving the building.
